Dreamy Misery

This is an album cover I designed. I wanted to create an album that felt like an indie alternative album for young adults and teenagers. This one was created in Adobe photoshop and I used a multitude of different layers and blending to edit the image. Which is a picture of myself at the time, with color overlays and textures over the original image. For the typography I went with something bold and stands out a lot. The back cover is made to fit the dreamy atmosphere to fit with the name of my album, “Dreamy Misery.” The same typeface was used in a reverse for the song names on the back. The last element I added was a studio logo at the bottom corner that I had designed for the album.
